I got this quest in the middle of the game, if not later, because I took most of the neuromods from the caches and did almost no crafting. With that said the location of notes, etc. This means the codes you see below will be different than the ones you find in your game. Nonstatic safe codes are codes that are generated when you pick up certain objects in the world. This safe is accessed through the main storyline. Once you enter Thorstein’s office, you will see the safe and the code is on a sticky note on the side. There are two phantoms on this floor to fight. Once this is done, you can open the locked security door and climb up the pipes. This second floor is accessed after turning of the power and accessing the security booth.
